Our Staff

Leanne Lauder – Pro Shop Manager 
Leanne looks after all our customer enquiries, bookings & payments. She is responsible for the general operation and communication between customers, staff & stakeholders

Shaun Terwin – Match Play Coordinator
Shaun looks after our Match Play development program and is responsible for teaching our juniors how to put into practice our key values here at Pure Tennis Ferny Hills both on & off the tennis court. 

Sarah Macfarlane – Competitions and Events Organiser 
Sarah is responsible for organising all our Junior and Adult Interclub Teams & Adult Social Tennis programs as well as all events held both here at Ferny Hills and off site such as the Grand Slam, Club Champs & Fete’s.

Jessica Draper – School Liaison Officer
Jessica looks after the local school’s in the area and communicates with both office staff and Sports Coordinators to implement programs that suit the school and students needs.  Jessica also coordinates our Birthday Party Bookings for the Kids Play Cafe.

Paul Goodman – Head Coach Futures Program
Goody is heading up our Futures Program in 2019 and will work closely with Shaun to ensure the Futures Players develop into not only strong tennis players but proud ambassador of our club when they represent Pure Tennis in Interclub competitions and tournaments.  Goody is supported by Coach Manuel who helps to deliver the futures lessons and is heavily involved in private tuition of these players.

Christina Harwood – Head Coach Hotshots Program
Christina heads up our Hotshots Program and our junior coach traineeship. Christina is responsible for programming the weekly Hotshots Lessons, player progression, parent communication & maintaining a high standard across all lessons delivered by her team of Hotshots Coaches.  Christina develops our Junior Coaching Team from within our club and provides an exceptional junior training program that develops them into competent and engaged coaches. 

Oscar Jimenez – Maintenance and Groundsman
Oscar is responsible for maintaining a safe and presentable centre at the start of each day.  From ensuring the leaves are off the courts, bins are emptied and the centre is set up ready for business, Oscar is a jack of all trades and helps make the place safe and enjoyable for our customers to enjoy each day.
