Parent involvement is required for this program & are encouraged to practice the activities learnt each week to maximise their child’s development of each skill.

The Pure Active Kids program engages 3-12 yr olds in a huge variety of sports, games and challenges to teach them Skills to be Active for life.
MAIN SKILL: THROW
Subskill: Muscle coordination and sequencing of head, shoulders, arms, torso and legs. Keeping things fun, we explore frisbee, javelin, basketball, hard and soft throws. There is an awful lot of throwing out there and these basics will get them off to a great start.
MAIN SKILL: CATCH
Subskill: Hand to body positioning, tracking with eyes and head and awareness. We have many clever and rewarding drills and games using this essential still that is sure to have your player smiling after every session.
MAIN SKILL: KICK
Subskill: Coordination of ball to feel along with balance and body positioning. A lot to learn for growing bodies!
MAIN SKILL: HIT
Subskill: Striking / Contact Point. Our Instructors use Tennis, Tee-Ball, Golf, Cricket and games to focus on contact points around the body.
